The Ceremony Site: Under the Oaks

• A Timeless Setting: Exchange vows under our massive, 245-year-old Live Oak trees.

• Custom Backdrops: We include a variety of ceremony arches with every booking—choose from our Heart, Cross, Diamond, or Circular shapes to fit your style perfectly.

• Full Power: We provide full electrical hookups at the ceremony site for your microphones, musicians, and sound system.

• Arrival in Style: A parking attendant will greet your guests upon arrival, and our six-passenger golf cart is available to shuttle anyone needing a lift down to the site.

The Homestead Barn: Comfort & Style

• Grand Event Space: Over 4,300 sq. ft. of covered space featuring enhanced string lighting and a large chandelier over the dance floor.

• Climate Controlled: Total comfort with heating and air conditioning in the right-wing of the barn. This includes the restrooms, kitchen, and dressing suites.

• The Dressing Suites:

  • The Bride’s Room: A spacious, private sanctuary with multiple makeup stations, mirrors, and a private restroom.

  • The Silo: A very unique, dedicated dressing area just for the groomsmen.

• Furniture & Decor: A signature selection of our wooden farm tables is included with every event. For larger gatherings, additional tables and chairs are available as easy on-site rentals to ensure every guest has a seat at the table. We also include a live-edge appetizer display slab, a beverage bar, and four large whiskey barrels for decor.

• Full Prep Kitchen: A caterer’s dream featuring a large island, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, and a covered loading area.

• Modern Amenities: Secured Wi-Fi for your vendors and guests, plus restrooms that include private shower areas.

The Grounds: North Florida Beauty

• Outdoor Atmosphere: Explore 93 acres of Southern yellow pines, Live Oaks, and Hickory trees that offer stunning colors in the Fall.

• The Front Porch: Relax in our high-back wooden rockers on the barn’s front porch.

• Nighttime Magic: Our large outdoor string lighting around the barn and the beautiful paver entrance create a glow you have to see to appreciate.

• The Fire Pit: We provide the seating and the wood for the fire pit—perfect for those cool autumn evenings.

• Seasonal Comfort: We provide patio heaters during cold weather to keep your guests cozy outside.
